Fellow artist Mark Toole visits Augusta University

Morgan Hayes, ContributorFellow artist Matt Toole visited the Augusta University Summerville campus on Sept. 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. to exhibit his artwork at the Mary S. Byrd Gallery in Washington Hall.

(Photo: Morgan Hayes) Toole’s “Tranformative Processes” is mainly live performance pieces that simultaneously creates art in the process. His art mediums included fire, steel and wood. His art performances and art-making processes were recorded, which can be viewed in the gallery.Toole’s exhibition is currently available in the Mary S.
